Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be cancelled with no charge or penalty, except for a $50.00 cancellation fee, a full 15 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations within 14 days or less of the scheduled arrival date will not be refunded for any reason. All cancellations must be made through the website or through email communication.
Deposit Policy
To confirm a reservation BCVR requires a nonrefundable deposit of payment equal to $50.00 to be paid at the time dates are secured and will be applied to your reservation total. Payment in full is required 15 days prior to the check-in date. BCVR will automatically charge the balance due to the original card on file 14 days prior to the check-in date. Reservations made within 14 days of the check-in date will be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.

This place was such a welcome retreat as we rested from renovation on our home. Marissa was an excellent host with clear guidance on how to get the most out of our stay, local events, and some very special extra touches. The home is large with enough space for everyone. Gathering spaces in the kitchen and upstairs for when you want to be together and other spaces for when you need quiet. It was very clean (A Boujee Clean service) and the amenities were many. The hot tub was especially nice for sore muscles. The location is remote enough for great stars in the evening and hardly any noise (occasional truck). Marissa checked in periodically and ensured we were comfortable. She was also very flexible when we needed to extend our stay. She is a super host in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this home if you are near the Nashville IN area.
