The Sanctuary – Brown County Lake Getaway is a peaceful 14-acre retreat in the heart of Brown County, located just minutes from the shops, restaurants, and art galleries of downtown Nashville, Indiana. Surrounded by mature trees, wooded trails, and a tranquil stocked pond, this thoughtfully designed home offers a quiet setting where guests can slow down and reconnect with nature.

One of the most striking features of the home is the wall of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water. These expansive windows frame panoramic views of the pond and surrounding woods, filling the main living space with natural light and bringing the beauty of the outdoors directly into the home. From sunrise reflections on the water to the warm glow of evening light across the trees, the view becomes a centerpiece of the entire stay.

Inside, the open living space is designed for comfort and connection. The fireplace adds a cozy touch during cooler months, creating a perfect setting for morning coffee by the windows or relaxing in the evening after a day spent outdoors. The layout flows naturally into the dining area and fully stocked kitchen, where guests can prepare meals and gather together around the table.

Each bedroom offers both comfort and privacy, with its own private bathroom, allowing every guest to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay. Families traveling with young children will also appreciate thoughtful touches such as a crib and high chair provided for convenience.
